2013: I started my own business, learning from direct, hard experience a host of new skills beyond my data protection knowledge.
2017: I was selected to create the Fundraising Regulator’s inaugural “Personal Information and Fundraising” guidance.
2013-2020: I built and sustaining the company from an idea to an office, from myself to 15 staff, from the first client to working with 350+ across a variety of sectors.
2020-2022: I acted as external Data Protection Officer for a number of UK organisations, from nationwide charities to SMEs.
2023: I started Depends Data Protection.
I hold BCS Practitioner Certifications in Data Protection, Information Risk Management and Freedom of Information.
